A leader’s response to this can make the difference between disengagement and increased team cohesion that leads to stronger organizational outcomes.

It was great information. You get to look at conflict in a different way and the facilitators demonstrated it in a workable way. Conflict does not have to be a hard thing to address. We just have to have the confidence and understand it.

Program Structure

Participants will complete 30 minutes of online pre-work on their own, then join their colleagues in person on RUSH University Medical Center’s Illinois Medical District campus for an in-depth, active working 3-hour session.

  • Identify the basic characteristics of constructive conflict.
  • Employ constructive conflict elements to generate strategic collaboration.
