It’s common for leaders to focus on improving results by identifying and resolving problems. However, this problem-solving approach often leads to employee resistance, defensiveness and disengagement.

This was an excellent class for leaders or aspiring leaders. The 5-D methodology is a very great process to use when creating and fostering change. The delivery of this method was well done with using an integrative approach.

Program Structure

Participants will complete 30 minutes of online pre-work on their own, then join their colleagues in person on RUSH University Medical Center’s Illinois Medical District campus for an in-depth, active working 3-hour session.
