Strengthening Culture & Achieving Results in Times of Uncertainty

Up arrow

Leaders have experienced unprecedented changes in the workplace. Financial constraints, limited resources, engagement declines and retention issues have left leaders depleted and unsure how to move forward. Previous leadership approaches are no longer sufficient.

New skills, strategies, and mindsets are required to meet the complex needs of organizations, employees, and patients.

In Strengthening Culture & Achieving Results in Times of Uncertainty, participants learn essential, research-based strategies to meet critical people and financial needs, creating thriving cultures and achieving high-impact outcomes.

This retreat is designed for clinical, non-clinical and administrative healthcare leaders looking to make a more positive impact on their teams, organization and patient care.

Join other healthcare leaders Wednesday, February 12, 2025, on RUSH University’s Illinois Medical District campus.
