Traci Colvin, MPH

Traci Colvin is the research study manager overseeing administration of the epidemilogical studies, the Rush Memory and Aging Project (MAP) and the Religious Order Study (ROS) as well as other substudies of the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. MAP is a community-based study with residents of Chicago-area retirement centers that aims to prevent common health problems associated with aging and Alzheimer’s disease. Similarly, ROS is a longitudinal, clinical pathologic study of healthy senior members of various Catholic religious groups across the country.

Colvin received both a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in public health from the University of Michigan. She has been a part of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center since 2001. Prior to coming to Rush, she served 10 years as coordinator on numerous grant projects at La Rabida Children’s Hospital and Research Center in Chicago.
