Evan Timmerman is a lab technician with the laboratory of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center. In this role, he performs day-to-day activities related to routine biochemical, molecular, and histopathologic laboratory procedures involving human postmortem and antemortem biospecimens in support of several multi-disciplinary research studies of aging and Alzheimer’s Disease. Evan began working at the RADC in January, 2016. Before working with the RADC, he earned a Master of Science degree in biotechnology from Rush University and has also worked in lab technician positions at Argonne National laboratory in Lemont, IL and at the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
