Mission
The purpose of GSSA is to educate, inspire, and unite students through engagement and mentorship in global surgery, including anesthesia & OB/Gyn. At Rush University our goals are to expose Rush-affiliated students to the field of global surgery, to provide space for discussion between current global surgeons, interested students, and other health professionals and to provide service and learning opportunities for students interested in global surgery.
