Mission
The aim of the Rush Muslim Association (RMA) is to strengthen the sense of community amongst Muslims, while accommodating their needs, spiritual, academic, and professional, at Rush. RMA also aims to foster a deeper understanding of Islam among the Rush community at large. RMA strives to achieve this by hosting jummahs (Friday prayers), halaqas (lectures), Ramadan iftars (breaking of the fast), Eid celebrations, community engagement events, social mixers, and other events. Furthermore, the RMA plans to provide resources to the Rush Muslim community and all those interested in Islam.
