Helping to facilitate the education of RUSH University students and practicing physicians is an important mission of the Human Anatomy Lab. Instruction in the form of courses, workshops, industry demonstrations and continuing physician education occurs regularly in our Human Anatomy Laboratory, located on the fifth floor of the Armour Academic Center.
Human Anatomy Lab workshops
On an annual basis, the Human Anatomy Laboratory hosts 20 - 25 clinically oriented workshops. These workshops involve demonstrations by device companies of leading-edge surgical technology and techniques. Workshops typically involve company representatives and doctors who use our facility to provide instruction and continuing education to attending physicians, fellows and residents.
Organizations interested in using the Human Anatomy Laboratory at RUSH University should contact the director, Christopher Ferrigno, PhD, PT, at christopher_ferrigno@rush.edu for more information on availability, for a copy of the laboratory information guide and to receive an estimate of costs associated with hosting an event.
