The Rush Biomarker Development Core, located in the Jelke building on the Rush University Medical Center campus, offers a cost-effective strategy for investigators who need to measure and/or monitor protein biomarkers as part of their research objectives. Our Luminex xMAP platform is ideal for researchers involved in drug discovery, diagnostics and translational science projects — from pilot project to clinical trial. Equipment capabilities
The Biomarker Development Core's primary platform is the Luminex xMAP Technology, which can assay up to 500 analytes at once by means of a very high-throughput yet cost-effective process that requires only small amounts of specimen.
