Rush Learning Hub

The Rush HR Learning Hub offers 2500 courses on a variety of subjects in addition to annual mandatory training. Visit the course library to explore additional trainings.

 

Rush Center for Innovative and Lifelong Learning (CILL)

The Rush University Center for Innovation and Lifelong Learning provides innovative, research-based, and expert-driven continuing education. CILL offers interprofessional clinical continuing education, faculty development, and leadership development programs.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Rush DEI offers training and resources from the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, including Cultural Competence and Implicit Bias (CCIB) Training.

 

Educational Assistance Benefits (EAB) Program

If you are currently enrolled in a college/university or are looking to further your education, Rush offers a variety of education benefits and discounts to its employees.

  • Educational Assistance Benefits (EAB) Landing Page
  • EAB Programs include:
    • Internal Degree Program: Prepaid tuition offered to current eligible Rush employees enrolled as students in the College of Nursing, College of Health Sciences, or Rush Medical College, Division of Translational Science.
    • Internal Degree Program - Dependents: Prepaid tuition offered to current eligible employee's spouse, civil union partner, or dependents pursuing a degree in the College of Nursing, College of Health Sciences, or Rush Medical College, Division of Translational Science.
    • External Degree Reimbursement Program Undergraduate or Associates: Tuition reimbursement offered to current eligible Rush employees for coursework taken at an outside accredited institution. Maximum benefit up to $5,000 in tuition per year for full-time employees, $2,500 for part-time employees.
    • External Degree Reimbursement Program Graduate or Doctorate: Tuition reimbursement offered to eligible employees pursuing a master's and doctoral-level degree at an accredited college or university. Maximum benefit up to $5,000 in tuition per year for full-time employees, $2,500 for part-time employees.
    • Employee Enhancement Program: Tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 for fulltime employees and $500 for part-time employees for costs of conferences, seminars, required training, exams for certifications, and/or board study materials. Participants must be employed by Rush at least three months.
