Meet Our Fellows

The faculty of Rush's Movement Disorders section are committed to educating the next generation of movement disorders specialists, who will take care of patients with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders; the next generation of clinician-scientists, who will dedicate their career in research for movement disorders; the next generation of educators of movement disorders neurologists.

Rush University Movement Disorders Fellowship graduates have made scientific advances on the etiology, progression, and treatments of Parkinson’s disease and other Movement Disorders and clinical advances in new rating scales, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic interventions; have developed international collaborations; and published numerous articles and books on movement disorders.

Previous fellows have gone on to direct educational training programs for movement disorders and mentor neurology trainees worldwide. Many of the skills that have enabled Rush University Movement Disorders Fellowship graduates to achieve these successes are rooted in the outstanding Rush University Movement Disorders Fellowship training and faculty.
