Mentorship and Supervision
Fellows are evaluated on a monthly basis for each rotation. They, in turn, evaluate the attendings for those rotations. They have a formal evaluation quarterly by the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) which gives recommendations to the Program and Associate Program Directors concerning their progress through the Milestones. Additionally, they meet informally for oral feedback and evaluation with the geriatric attendings.
