Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship

The Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at RUSH University provides advanced training in electroencephalography and electromyography, with a one-month elective in sleep medicine or evoked potentials. This one-year fellowship is designed for those who wish to acquire advanced knowledge and skills in the comprehensive management of people with epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, and other related disorders.

Accreditation

The Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.

Certification

Upon graduation, the fellows are eligible for the Clinical Neurophysiology subspecialty certification examination offered by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

How to apply

We offer three positions each year to eligible candidates who have completed an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program.

• U.S. Medical Licensing Examination transcript (Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 2 CS and Step 3, if taken) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination transcript
• Brief personal statement
• Letter of intent
• Wallet-sized color photograph
• Three reference letters uploaded through the ERAS letter of recommendation Portal
