Black Men in White Coats

Mission

Black Men in White Coats is established for the expressed purpose of improving healthcare for underserved communities by increasing ethnic diversity in the field of medicine with a special emphasis on Black men. This emphasis is based on data from the Association of American Medical Colleges highlighting the low number of Black men in the medical field. Black Men in White Coats will play a critical role in helping to achieve this goal by getting out into the community and exposing our youth to the medical field.
