The Center for Circadian Rhythms and Alcohol-Induced Tissue Damage, funded by the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), is dedicated to supporting research that investigates the role of circadian rhythms in alcohol-induced tissue damage and pathology.
The Center is designed to provide the necessary resources to allow alcohol researchers to incorporate circadian rhythms into their existing research programs. Specifically, the Center will provide the following resources.
- Provide samples from our repository from experiments using standardized circadian and alcohol manipulations
- Perform de novo experiments in our research facilities
- Provide consultation services about circadian-specific experimental design and/or data analysis
- Training opportunities
