Allison Weinberg, CCP, MHA, has been a perfusionist for over 20 years, spending the majority of her career in New York City serving as a staff perfusionist and clinical coordinator for New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia Campus. Her experience in New York afforded her the privilege to experience and engage in a growing ECMO team, partake in both congenital and adult bypass surgery, as well as heart failure surgery. From New York, Weinberg and her family moved to The University of Michigan where she served as the Director of Clinical Practice for the ECMO Department. Weinberg also serves on ELSO's Technology and Innovation Committee and is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
