The goal of the fellowship is to develop physician leaders geared towards managing emergency departments and hospital systems through complex times. The fellowship begins in July and spans two years. Fellows will divide their time amongst the RUSH Masters of Science in Health System Management Executive classes, committee and project meetings, and clinical work. Beyond the core curriculum, the fellow’s activities will be tailored to his/her individual interests. A one-year fellowship is available for applicants who already hold advanced business or health management degrees (e.g, MBA, MHSA).
