Upon completion of the certificate program, you will have the theoretical background necessary to sit for the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) exam and be prepared to make a lasting impact on nursing education.
Though the program will admit BSN-prepared nurses, a graduate degree is necessary to sit for the certification exam.

Students will complete five key courses: Paradigms for Teaching and Learning, Student Learning and Evaluation, Curriculum Design and Evaluation, Growing in the Nurse Educator Role, and Nurse Educator Praxis.
